Corrections

TWIS aims to be clear, sharp, and evidence-led. If something is wrong, it should be corrected plainly.

Policy

Errors should be corrected clearly.

If a TWIS article contains a factual error, unclear wording, broken source link, or outdated claim, it should be corrected. Substantial corrections should be noted at the bottom of the affected article.

  1. Fix the error. Correct the article text, source note, link, date, or wording.
  2. Name the change when it matters. If the correction changes the meaning or evidence, add a short correction note.
  3. Keep the method visible. Readers should be able to see that TWIS checks evidence and repairs mistakes.
